when will my order ship?

i ship orders twice a week – tuesdays and fridays. if there is a rush, don’t hesitate to reach out and let me know! i’ll do my best to prioritize depending on your needs.

do you ship internationally?

currently i only ship within the united states, but i’m working to get things sorted my end to open up international shipping! figuring out customs and shipping costs is slowing me down a bit. i’ll announce it on instagram as soon as there are updates on this front. thank you for your patience!

how are the prints packaged?

each piece of work is tucked into a weather-proof plastic sleeve along with a sturdy piece of cardboard. it is then all packaged into a rigid mailer to ensure it arrives to your doorstep undamaged.

as soon as my current stock of these materials run out, i plan to figure out a more environmentally friendly way to get the items to you while minimizing the amount of impact it has on the earth.

what is your return/exchange policy?

unfortunately, because i am a small independent artist, i can’t offer refunds or exchanges at this time. as i grow, i do hope to gain the capacity to be more helpful in this regard. :)

if your item was damaged, please let me know as soon as possible, and we can work together to rectify the situation.

What if something is wrong with my order?
