for the holiday season, i will be packaging orders as soon as i receive the request to make sure we get your items in the mail as soon as possible. if you have any questions, please reach out to me direction at hello@nancyelle.com.

when will my order ship?

i ship orders twice a week – tuesdays and thursdays. if there is a rush, don’t hesitate to reach out and let me know! i’ll do my best to prioritize depending on your needs.


do you ship internationally?

yes! this store is based in the united states, but i can ship to wherever you are! i tried making international shipping costs as low as possible while still having secure packaging that will survive through any storm or rough handling.

** the only exception are mini zines, which are designed to go into a traditional envelope. US orders have free shipping, and international orders will be charged $1 for shipping. **

how are the paintings / prints packaged?

each piece of work is tucked into a weather-proof plastic sleeve along with a sturdy piece of cardboard. it is then all packaged into a rigid mailer to ensure it arrives to your doorstep undamaged. (larger pieces are wrapped in wax paper instead of a plastic sleeve)


what is your return/exchange policy?

unfortunately, because i am a small independent artist, i can’t offer refunds or exchanges at this time. as i grow, i do hope to gain the capacity to be more helpful in this regard. :)

if your item was damaged, please let me know as soon as possible, and we can work together to rectify the situation.


What if something is wrong with my order?

please send me an email (hello@nancyelle.com) with your order number and the problem you are experiencing. i’ll get back to you as soon as possible to make it right for you.
